We try to represent all items as they are.  Not all items are in brand new condition.  Some are open box or may be used and returned to various retailers where they sell items off in liquidation and companies like us purchase them. We have a no returns policy once you leave our facilities.  For shipped items you have 5 business days to review your item.  After 5 business days there are no returns.  We charge a 20% restocking fee on any returns at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for shipping in all directions, even for returns.
