Doll - 1961's Vintage Chuckles toddler 23' - Hard-to-find Toycorp Doll.
She is as-is, clean, and from a smoke-free home. She has a cute vintage red sweater and shorts, not the original factory-made outfit. Her line was only made for a year. The half-moon smile and molded eyebrows are key features, along with the mark on the back of her neck, which is provided in the photos of the post. The brand was known as a character doll company before it was rebranded as an American doll and toy company.
